Auntie Juliette, Edouard's great aunt and proprietor, was a farmer in Peyriac-Minervois. It was in her honour that our epicurean at heart created this cheese bar, creamery, delicatessen and wine cellar in the heart of old Gruissan. You'll find a fine selection of goat's cheeses, regional affineurs and various cheeses from France, as well as Occitan specialities on the delicatessen side. Tastings of platters and tapas accompanied by regional wines or local craft beers will delight you. Platters can be made to order.

Open Sunday to Thursday and public holidays, 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm; Friday and Saturday, 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 10pm. Delivery possible (in Gruissan). Cheques not accepted.
