Created in 1928, this aperitif based on cinchona, spices and herbs has been part of every meal and festive evening. Today, almost a century after its creation, Aurélien Carrelas, a native of Audois who loves his land, has developed the product in three versions. You can enjoy them on the premises as cocktails or just chilled, accompanied by boards to share. Local beers and wines add variety to the experience. DJ night on Thursdays in July and August. Saturday market returns at 11 am, with wine and oysters. In the store, it's all local and good.

Et du vermouth artisanal !
On se régale avec les produits, et... et pour m'y être arrêté en été, sur la terrasse, j'y serai bien resté et plus que de raison, là, sur la terrasse, à siroter des cocktails, sous le bruit des cigales, une belle blanche de charcuterie, bien généreuse pour finir en apéro dinatoire.
