An unconditional love of the land, the desire to bring out the soul of the terroir and a working philosophy based on intra-cellular vinification are the guidelines of the Ciry Cattaneo estate, created by David Ciry, an oenologist by trade, and Marion Cattaneo, a chocolatier. You will enjoy Sang Neuf, Malabestia, Les Petites Choses and Les Hirondelles, all produced in limited quantities.
Wine and chocolate tastings for groups of individuals at the Marions Les Chocolats chocolate factory in Pennautier are available on request.
