L'institution Bertrand à Lezignan est le lieu idéal pour alimenter votre barbecue, toute la viande est fraîche locale et excellente. La saucisse de foie fraîche une tuerie et les merguez n'en parlons pas, ils n'ont pas le temps de les poser sur l'étal qu'il n'y en a déjà plus... les gens ne s'y trompent pas et font des kilomètres pour se servir ici
