MAISON AYMERIC
Traditions and local products are the watchwords of Conserverie Aymeric. More than 50 years ago, Joseph Aymeric opened this canning factory in Limouxin, now, his son Jean-Louis offers traditional Languedoc specialties carefully prepared with the best products and simmered as in the past. This high-end canning specialist develops 600 products, including a majority of cooked dishes. The cassoulet with duck confit (€7.20 for 820 g) or goose confit and the famous fricassee of Limoux authentically cooked (€9.60 for 840 g) are the jewels of this excellent house that offers its other specialties: natural foies gras (whole duck foie gras 90 g at €9.60) or prepared in a gourmet style, pâtés, confits, white beans cooked in goose fat, but there are also aubergine caviar in Provençal style, tapenade, poivronade or dried tomato compote and many other precooked dishes that you can also order on the Internet. Sweet tooths will enjoy the jams and the marmalades as well as the wide range of treats offered. In the "local products" section, you can find wines and blanquettes of Limoux at very reasonable prices.
