In the heart of the vineyards of the Val de Dagne, the cellar of the Domaine Calmel et Joseph welcomes you for tastings of products from the property. If the wine, in organic farming, is the main production of the place, you will also be able to discover the olive oil or the honey of the scrubland. The Calmel and Joseph vintages come from a variety of terroirs, spread between the Black Mountain and the Mediterranean. The tasting offers some nice surprises, from "light" wines to more robust and complex ones, several of which have won medals, such as the "Villa Blanche" range, to name but one.

Somehow my wife and I stumbled on this place while meandering through back roads. The setting is beautiful and the woman running the place was wonderfully friendly and helpful. We did some tasting and bought six bottles and I'm drinking some as I write this. All have been excellent. We'd like to come back and stay at one of their rooms for a night or two. Highly, highly recommended. I only wish we could purchase their wines in the State.

Un domaine magnifique au milieu des vignobles de Corbières. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons passé un très bon moment lors de la dégustation de vin à la métairie. Sandy est très attentionnée et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Un endroit où la déconnexion est totale, au sens propre comme au figuré. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avions choisi la dégustation de vin et nous avons été extrêmement heureux de cette expérience. Nous avons été reçu très chaleureusement et la dégustation a été à la hauteur de toutes nos attentes. Nous avons adoré ce moment de partage. On y reviendra avec plaisir sûrement pour y passer la nuit. Nous recommandons fortement à notre entourage ! 5 étoiles

Lieu totalement atypique au milieu d'un domaine viticole. Les gîtes sont superbes, vous avez la possibilité de profiter d'une dégustation de vin au caveau du domaine afin de découvrir les différents vins que Calmel & Joseph vous propose.
