After having made the Montpellier oenology school, Sophie started in 2000 in the great Vigneronne adventure. It works with respect for the environment, fits into a "bio" logic, planted trees, stocked nest, sheep of passage… and is inspired by traditional methods of wine development. So each wine is inspired by exciting wines: " Les Terrassettes "assembly of several varieties," Les Dimanches "marriage of carignan and Grenache… and there are those of Vincent, Sarah and" Les Others "which bears the names of all the friends! This is a great opportunity to immerse itself with the serenity of the place, to discover unique wines, where Sophie's work has the first role!
