CLOS DE L’ANHEL
This is a beautiful story that Sophie and Philippe. They met in a cellar of Hérault while they were students, Sophie in oenology and Philippe in agriculture, joined their lives and grew this vineyard of 7 hectares over the years. Two major vintages stand out and invite you to their names, to idleness and to pleasure. The Terrassettes is a assemblage of several varieties and Les Sundays brings together snails and Grenache. Flavours to be discovered, especially since the young couple is part of a biological logic and the harvest usually takes place with family and friends, who do not deprive themselves of giving their opinions at the tasting. Another wine, The Lolo of the Anhel, should satisfy the least demanding of connoisseurs.
