La Fabrique is a large artisan bakery, pastry shop and sandwich shop ideally located near the mediatheque. Flour is sourced from the renowned Sauret mill, in operation since the 12th century. Everything is homemade, and the quality of taste is omnipresent, from the various breads (organic, sourdough...) to the fabulous pastries and snacks made from salads, wraps or burgers. Both savory and sweet dishes are available to take away or eat in... unless you'd like to come in at any time for a pleasant break over a cup of coffee or tea.
