It is at the gates of Narbonne that the Ortola family works its domains; Château Notre Dame des Quatourze, Château Tapie, Château de Lunes, Château Ymis, as well as a domain located in Canet d'Aude. Passionate winemakers, they offer red, white and rosé wines of excellent quality, vinified without sulfur, organic and biodynamic. They also offer an organic beer brewed on-site, offering a choice between blonde, brown, amber, and "N.e.i.p.a". You can appreciate these productions during tastings or festive evenings organized by "La Fine Bouche".
