Until 1561, the estate belonged to the monks of the Hospice de Narbonne, who grew vines here. The hotel looks nice. Location might be questionable. It’s away from restaurants, etc. We only did a wine tasting. I’ve like their wines in USA but the ones they were pouring weren’t anything interesting.

我住的房型是樓中樓設計，一切都很好，就是當地的風實在太大了，晚上根本沒辦法好好睡覺，住宿時記得買個耳塞。

À l’arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par Clementine qui s’est merveilleusement bien occupée de nous !
Pour l’occasion, nous avons été surclassé en suite, geste qui nous a beaucoup touchés.
Tout était parfait et le sens du détail de Clémentine fut remarquable !

Le petit déjeuner était fabuleux, le personnel très agréable, merci au chef pour les délicieuses crêpes.
