Bought by the Bousquet family in 1988, this ancient Roman property is today a magnificent and recognised eco-responsible vineyard. The winegrower makes quality wines here, while respecting the wild nature of the territory. The entire vineyard of 30 ha is in organic farming. It is a great success of communication between the winemaker, the vintages of the AOC La Clape and this land with unique aromas. Découverte du beau massif de la Clape et de ses domaines entre amis. Conquis par les vins de Pech Redon, par l'accueil, les échanges sur le vin, les vignes mais aussi sur l'evolution du climat et les difficultés qui en découlent, ... L'écoute de ce viticulteur était enrichissante et nous a fait toucher du doigt ce difficile métier passion. Un endroit magique, du vin riche et parfumé. On a adoré !

LE domaine emblématique de la Clape !
Les vins sont réalisés en bio depuis des années et ça se sent !
Un vrai plaisir de faire une dégustation au domaine, l'accueil est chaleureux et on a droit à l'ensemble de la production : bravo !
Bref, on goûte, on aime, on achète !

Vins qui semblent renommés, enthousiastes à l'idée de découvrir, nous sommes allés au domaine en pleine saison (juillet) : domaine clos sans aucune explication ni même un panneau à l'entrée. C'est assez insupportable comme comportement et typique des vignobles français. Ne pas venir se plaindre ensuite de n'a pas avoir de clients...
