Here, in the heart of La Piège, at the farm La Marg'Aude, Christèle and Stéphane L'Homel raise about 70 dairy cows whose milk is then sold or transformed into dairy desserts. Yoghurts, charlottes, crème brûlées, or even cheesecakes are an example of the high quality natural products that the L'Homel family offers you. The range of desserts is elaborated at the farm, and since Christèle and Stéphane's son, Thimotée, joined the adventure, his training as a pastry chef has enriched the range of gourmet desserts offered.
