CHÂTEAU AUZIAS

Château Auzias produces at Domaine de Paretlongue (at the exit of the village on the road to Villemaustaussou on the right). Three wine families are aged: Varietal wines, Local wines (PGI), and Wines of the Cabardès Appellations (PDO). All the wines are medal-holders and offered for sale under several dressings in a sumptuous vault, whose walls are lined with all the medals and decorations received for 20 or 30 years by the wines of the family. In the reception room of the vault, you will notice a splendid wooden and glass table, sitting on a palm-tree-shaped leg, which vertically spreads out to stop at the height of tasters. There are wine spittoons on the sides, integrated into the solid wood. In this curious sweet box, where you can be sure to find the most beautiful things and the best of the products, the wines are highlighted, and the staff always available will make you taste all the wines by starting with the white ones to finish with the famous artisanal PDO vintage "Gloria Muni". The place is ideal to find a gift, a souvenir or to buy your wine, in bulk (sale of BIB) or bottled (which you can have shipped). Gift ideas are also suggested like the varietal wines which are gathered in a box of 6 bottles, each one for one of the leading grape varieties of the vineyard: Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah, Grenache (for the Red ones), Cinsault (for the Rosé ones) and Chardonnay (for the White one) each of them bears one of the letters allowing to compose the name of the family.
