This warm and friendly restaurant offers a lunch formula during the week and three menus, including one for children. The brasserie-style menu and the suggestions on the slate are always at a good price. The menus are copious and the dishes tasty. Le Médiéval is open all day and offers sweet and savory breaks at any time: sandwiches, quiches, croque-monsieur, salads, waffles, pancakes and ice creams. The sunny terrace is very pleasant. With 3 specific menus, groups up to 100 guests are welcome.

Rude staff who completely ignored us while the restaurant sat half empty.

Is there a restaurant in St. Emillion where the staff is even remotely friendly? It was 4 PM, we had lunch already like everyone else, we came here for a couple of espressos, a pint of beer, a glass of wine and a bottle of water. Apparently they don't like to have people sitting on the outside just for drinks. I'm so sorry for spending my money here. By the way, the wine had lees.
