Friendly and welcoming terrace restaurant offering a brasserie-style menu in Saint-Émilion.

This warm and friendly restaurant offers a lunch formula during the week and three menus, including one for children. The brasserie-style menu and the suggestions on the slate are always at a good price. The menus are copious and the dishes tasty. Le Médiéval is open all day and offers sweet and savory breaks at any time: sandwiches, quiches, croque-monsieur, salads, waffles, pancakes and ice creams. The sunny terrace is very pleasant. With 3 specific menus, groups up to 100 guests are welcome.

Restaurant à éviter si vous ne voulez pas de bêtes dans l assiette
N y étant plus revenu depuis quelques temps le restaurant était assez bien mais le personnel assez désagréable.
Ils n acceptent pas la critique surtout quand C est de leur part. Moucherons dans les plats... Pour eux C est normal... C est la nature..

Very disappointed by this restaurant that does not have the medieval decor at all. The reception was bad. Can be tired??? how they will then be this summer??? not recommended staff and unpleasant owner, there was the impression to disturb!!! There is much better in St Emilion!!!!

Bonne adresse, un cadre pittoresque, un accueil assez sympathique, un parking municipal à proximité, une situation pratique à deux pas du cœur de la ville historique, mais du changement en 2016 avec changement de propriétaire et une organisation tout à fait perfectible en ce début d'année.
A suivre pour se faire une nouvelle opinion... fin 2016 et 2017 ?

The Medieval is located at the entrance of the city of St-Emilion. The cards are tempting while prices are decent. For the menu discovered at €22, you can eat homemade foie gras, coq au vin in St-Emilion of course, cheese and dessert. The wine list is place, and if you find it good, you can go to buy it in the cellar next door belongs to the same owner as the restaurant (with a small discount!). The terrace is very pleasant.
