A restaurant in Saint-Émilion with a large terrace and brasserie-style dishes served generously in addition to a daily menu.

Place de l'église monolithe is certainly one of the most beautiful, along with Place du clocher (of course!), but you'll have to stray further afield to find better gourmet addresses. Le Clos du Roy is less than a minute's walk away. In a quieter street, also benefiting from a shady terrace, chef T. Nolet's name rhymes with generosity. The recipes are traditional, the fries are homemade, the daily menu costs less than 30 euros and is served at lunchtime and in the evening... The restaurant closes on Mondays and Tuesdays in low season.

Un restaurant dans lequel nous nous sommes régalés. Je conseille la salle qui est magnifique et climatisée plutôt que la terrasse qui est bruyante. La cuisine est excellente et le service très bien. Évidemment les conseils pour accompagner vos plats sont d’une belle justesse.

Worst restaurant ever. Lied about closing times. Says 11pm, we showed up at 9pm and they wouldn’t seat us. Walked down all these stairs on limited mobility and they wouldn’t seat us. Most rude people I have ever met and for whatever reason thought it was okay to start screaming at me
