During 2018, L'Huitrier Pie was taken over by a young couple; Camille Brouillard and Soufiane Assarrar; a chef who has worked with starred chefs (Le Castellas in Collias, Le Pavillon in Le Touquet or La Réserve de Beaulieu in Beaulieu-sur-Mer). L'Huitrier Pie is an inventive gastronomic table where the menus are declined in several pleasures to finish in apotheosis with the Animal menu in 9 times. The Floral menu at lunchtime, which starts with amuse-bouche, is a good approach to the chef's daily inspiration. Nice wine list from France.
