When it reopens in February 2020, Le Tertre will reflect the couple's ambitions. With its wine cellar where one can have the privilege of sitting down for a meal and its materials dear to the heart of the new owners, Le Tertre stands out as an elegant and intimate table. The chef's cuisine is surprising, both elaborate and very clear.

Une très belle découverte pour un déjeuner en famille mémorable. En plein cœur de Saint Émilion, une table raffinée, des plats remarquables de subtilité, un dessert… incroyable, le tout servi avec délicatesse et sourire. On recommande, sans modération !

Je recommande , c était délicieux de l entrée au dessert, l accueil est chaleureux et très agréable, de très bon conseil pour le vin et le service parfait. Excellent repas ! C’était notre 2e visite au Tertre et ça reste notre restaurant préféré à St Emillon. Catherine s’est très bien occupée de nous. Nous étions 10 avec des enfants et tout le monde a passé un très bon moment. La communication par mail pour choisir le menu était fluide, le choix des vins était judicieux et la cuisine du chef est toujours aussi délicieuse. Étape incontournable à St Emillon !
