Taking advantage of the reopening in 2021, after 3 years of work, chef David Charrier has instigated the creation of a permaculture vegetable garden on the property. His exceptional, delicate and flavorful cuisine will tickle the most demanding palates. But it's pastry chef Adrien Salavert who strikes the final note. La Table de Troplong Mondot is an enchantment.
