L'Office de Tourisme de Saint-Emilion est bien intégré dans la ville, juste en face du clocher de l'église souterraine. On y trouve de nombreuses informations sur les visites à faire dans la ville, on peut notamment réserver une visite guidée, et aux alentours. Il y a aussi un coin boutique avec des souvenirs à acheter.
