Described by Robert Parker as a " visionary, self-proclaimed revolutionary " and an " English winemaking guru ", Jonathan Maltus owns several wines in Napa and the Bordeaux region, including a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru (Château Teyssier). With its 40-meter diameter, the Dome is the most incredible of all his cellars. The cellar, the tasting room... it's all curves, light and technology. From the terrace that wraps around this winegrowing UFO, you can admire the valley as far as Libourne and Château Angélus. A must-see!
