The property of the Château La Gaffelière extends over 25 hectares and contemplates its vineyard with a surface area of 22 hectares between Ausone hill and Pavia hill. The slopes are clay-limestones and the plus rib feet. The whole is favourably oriented to the south and is ideal for the 35-year-old vine, which also produces a rosé, Cuvée Leo de la Gaffelière, Merlot, cabernet-sauvignon, with a nice pink dress which introduces a red fruit nose where spices are through. The mouth, fresh and fresh, combines with very persistent fruity aromas.
