Nestled in the heart of a valley, on a land once cultivated by monks of Saint Hilaire's abbey, the domain de Martinolles perpetuates the age-old tradition. Here, you can taste its blanquettes, crémant, chardonnays and Pinot Noirs that are often rewarded. The pale yellow and crystalline coloured chardonnay reveals scents of dry apricot and vineyard peach. Blanquette de Limoux Carte Noire, with a beautiful bright yellow colour and golden reflections, has foam rope supported by slender and many fine bubbles. It subtly blends notes of white peach with scents of white flowers, making it perfect for an aperitif, for cocktails, or to accompany meals.

Nous nous sommes rendu sur le domaine mais nous n'avons malheureusement pu acheter sur place.
Devant notre déception Patricia qui nous a gentiment fait visiter les lieux.
Merci a elle.
