In 2010, Nicolas and Amandine decided to give another dimension to the family estate by making their own wines in an organic way. Passionate and respectful of the land and the vines, the grapes are harvested by hand and then vinified in vats to give a nice range of sparkling and still wines in AOP Crémant and Blanquette de Limoux, and AOP Limoux white. Drop by the estate to taste these wines of great finesse in the superb cellar built at the end of 2020. A beautiful meeting guaranteed with passionate winegrowers.

Super moment ! Nous sommes venus pour une dégustation et avons été très très bien accueillis. On nous accorde le temps nécessaire pour goûter, apprécier et réfléchir. Ravis des découvertes. Notre hôte a été à l' écoute, a su nous présenter ce qui pouvait nous convenir mais aussi nous surprendre. Bravo à lui car la visite chez un autre caviste (plus grand) nous laisse un goût de "fallait en prendre plus".

Des vins d'exception surtout leur Blanquette "Ancestrale" et leur gamme "l'incompris". Un accueil chaleureuse et professionnel, avec le p'tit plus des produits très bons en vente au magasin ????????????????????
