Welcome to the farm! Welcome to the house of the lock! On the banks of the Canal du Midi, the Confiturerie de l'Écluse makes delicacies with fruits and vegetables produced and transformed on-site according to original recipes. For example, melon jam with cinnamon or watermelon/lemon, onion jam, elderflower, thyme, and rosemary. So many sunny flavours of the Aude declined in 25 jams and a dozen jams. Sales also of cassoulets, honeys, wines.
