Everyone knows Imanol Harinordoquy and his career as a rugby player, full of titles. Here, in his own image, he has created a wine cellar with a warm atmosphere, and a dining cellar with tasty dishes, cassolettes, charcuterie boards and oysters to share. On the cellar side, the wine list and all the wines on sale change regularly, between France and Spain. A subtle, truculent selection unearthed off the beaten track and highly prized.
