MERCI de nous avoir accueilli en urgence samedi soir suite à une arnaque air bnb. Accueil en pleine nuit, possible d'ajouter le petit déjeuner au dernier moment, vous nous avez été d'une grande aide!!

Lavabo bouché, serrure en panne j’ai dû faire plusieurs aller-retours pour réinitialiser la clé puis la pile a dû être changée et j’ai attendu 20 minutes à 23h30, chambre beaucoup trop chauffée pas possible de baisser le chauffage ni d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit de la voie express

Lovely hotel, very close to the centre Ville. The room was quite comfortable but did not have a mini fridge which we missed. The breakfast had a wide variety of options (the coffee was really good). The swimming pool has a shower, comfortable beds and is quite big. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Il y a trop de poussières dans la chambre et tant de déjections fécales sur la porte et le bas des toilettes... toutes les portes grincent pourtant des sprays de lubrifiants seraient faciles à appliquer pour limiter ces bruits indésirables. personnel est top

Petit dej méritant un plus grand choix. Restauration vraiment à la hauteur pour du « snacking » Félicitations à Patrice (il me semble). Accueil ++. Un peu onéreux pour une formule étape.Déjà venu chez vous à Biarritz .
