Nothing is impossible for Mr. Chou (or Monsieur Chou as he's known), who will make your wedding cake like no other. Your wish is my command! Loïc Derbay and his team can produce up to 5,000 choux for your reception. Pieces of around 300 choux are assembled on site on specially designed metal stands, designed to facilitate service. In the form of a traditional cone or wedding chou, a choux tree or presented in a basket or nougatine box, the choux can also be assembled in the shape of an airplane, a boat, a lighthouse, a heart... The palette of flavors is varied - chocolate, black forest, calisson, rose, chantilly, lavender, mango, mojito...

Meilleurs choux de France ! Pièce montée commandée pour notre mariage qui était magnifique et surtout les choux étaient excellents!
