Beautiful hotel! helpful personal, clean and spacious rooms. close to the bus stop which takes you to all the ski slopes. Central and in the middle of all the beautiful restaraunts and shops. Recommended this place 100 % !

Stayed here as part of a Tour du Mont Blanc tour. Had a clean and spacious room. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Great food at the restaurant, especially the buffet breakfast which had many options including eggs, croissants, fruit, cheeses. It was an excellent way to start and finish the hike. Staff friendly and helpful. Central location with stores and views all around.

Avoid this hotel. I was really upset that Pointe Isabelle would not help out with our booking when we had a problem with it as I was really looking forward to going there with my dad. They are just interested in taking money but not helping when you need it.

I only put one star as I had to. Do not book at this hotel. I paid nearly £1200 for a week and had a problem with the booking. They will not reimburse you or help you fairly once they take your money. I was offered a 10% discount if I booked again which was ludicrous so basically lost all the money.

... excellent hotel half board experience plus a few positive surprises namely; small gym area and very good sauna + wet room facility. Friendly and efficient service All around. Good variety of menu, alpine storage and convenient site location. Highly recommend Pointe Isabelle and "I'll be Back!" ???? ☑️

The hotel is centraly located and close to the train station. It is fairly new and well kept. However our room (with a small attached room with bunk beds) had a weird layout and no view. The bad points were the WiFi that was almost unusable and the underground parking garage which is tiny and not for larger cars. Make sure you check it before going down the garage or you may get stuck as it is very difficult to back out.

Great hotel in a great location. Very nice helpful staff, quality restaurant on first floor and incredible Sauna overlooking the city. Having stayed at multiple hotels in Chamonix can confidently say this is the best Sauna in town! Also ski room with boot heaters is a nice touch.

As other reviewers pointed out, the rooms are tiny. I was traveling solo and could barely move in my room.
Positives:
location is great. In the pedestrian area of Chamonix (you can still access by car up to 10:30am or if you call the staff) and conveniently located to ski bus stop in place Mont Blanc.

Negatives:
The list of positives stops here. I did not pay for the parking, but the Mont Blanc parking is a 5-minute walk and costs 21 per day. It's 1 euro more, but they charge for the time you stay. I was there for 4 days and I paid 54 euro. Also the hotel parking is very crammed, and was definitely happy with my choice
The room was generally clean, but on the first night, I found a good chunk of long dark hair in the shower
On my arrival the TV was not working. I pointed it out to the reception, and while they immediately sent someone up, the assistant just noted that the antenna cable had been disconnected, apologized, and left. The TV was repaired only on the last night. I also pointed out that the wifi was horrible (it kept disconnecting, meaning every 30 seconds irrespective of the device used), and I was told that it was just to send emails and should not expect more.
The other annoying thing was that the boots drying racks didn't work (I tested all the racks in the hope that I had just been unlucky the prior day in selecting a faulty one). I was not the only person complaining about this. They "officially" activate the system only at midnight, and certainly at 8am, it was off. I've been to many ski resorts but have never found such cheap behavior (also considering the price of the room)
I pointed all of this out and I was expecting at least a symbolic compensation: when I book a room and services are advertised, I expect to receive them since I'm paying for them and the money I give them doesn't have any issue.
The staff is polite, but I feel they are seasonal workers who do not care much.
I had other friends who go to Chamonix every year and told me that I should have been offered the Chamonix guest card. It was not mentioned by the reception, and I met my friends on the last day, so I didn't even bother asking
Lastly, check your bill. I was traveling solo but was charged taxes for two people. I pointed that out, and it was corrected. Mistakes can happen, but I'd advise still to check.

I rated two stars in relation to the rate. If it was cheaper, it would probably be a 3*, but I'd like to at least receive the services I pay for.

Actually I am giving this low rating due to one reason. When I arrived the first day, the elevator was out of service so I had to carry my luggage which isn’t very lightweight to the 3rd floor.

Servizio annullamento pessimo. Nonostante la comunicazione di annullamento sia avvenuta con MOLTO TEMPO DI ANTICIPO rispetto alla data del soggiorno e nonostante le mie sollecite richieste, hanno riaffittato la stanza dopo pochi giorni, prendendosi il doppio importo, mio e del nuovo acquirente, senza fornire il minimo rimborso.

Entrée dans le restaurant pour déjeuner, le gars du bar nous a dis que c’était pas possible sur un ton très froid alors que son restaurant était à moitié vide… j’ai senti un malaise avec sa serveuse qui semblait étonné… nous n’avions pas de combinaison de ski Gucci ou Chanel et mon mari est basané c’est peut être ça ! Bref hyper désagréable
nous sommes aller à « l’atelier » l’accueil y a été très chaleureux !

Super séjour ! L’hôtel est très beau, l’accueil super, l’emplacement idéal pour connaître chamonix ou faire du ski. On va y retourner, c’est sûr!

Hatte Probleme mit dem Internet, brauchte es dringend damit meine Tochter wieder erreichen konnte. Hab problemlos den Pin gekriegt und wurde dann auch freundlich bedient.

J’ai découvert l’adresse étant venu depuis la gare, le restaurant se trouve facilement. J’ai pris la formule du jour Entrée - Plat - Dessert pour 21€, vraiment imbattable! La Vue sur le pan de montagne est magique ???? Le personnel est au petit soins avec les clients, le service était exceptionnel de l’entrée au café ☕️ Parfait et un immense Bravo à l’équipe de la cuisine et l’équipe de la salle !

J'ai réservé 2 chambres, ainsi que le parking pour une semaine fin septembre 2023. Les bornes d'accès au parking étaient défectueuses ... Pratique sous la pluie ... Une jeune femme à l'accueil était sympathique mais s'exprimait mal en français (comme beaucoup d'employés), et était incapable d'expliquer clairement le fonctionnement des bornes, et enfin, impossible de garer ma voiture dans le parking souterrain beaucoup trop exigu et mal fichu. Difficile à accepter pour 20 euros par jour ! De plus, si elles étaient très propres et modernes, les chambres "double-twin" que j'avais réservées ne comportaient pas de quoi s'asseoir, pas de tablette pour écrire par exemple, pas de mini frigo, et, bien que des prises électriques fussent installées à la tête des lits, il n'y avait pas de tables de chevet (pratique quand on a un appareil à brancher pour éviter les apnées du sommeil, comme moi, un réveil ou autre ...). Et que dire de la place autour des lits, très exigüe, on pouvait à peine se bouger. Heureusement, un sympathique et -enfin compétent- employé (un jeune homme) a accepté de nous changer de chambres au matin du troisième jour, et là, c'était très bien (mais toujours pas de tables de nuit ... Bizarre cet hôtel !). Dommage car l'hôtel est très bien placé, les petits-déjeuners excellents, et le personnel malgré tout sympathique. J'ai demandé à voir un responsable lors de mon séjour on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait personne... À mon retour, j'ai écrit à la direction de l'hôtel, mais personne n'a daigné me répondre. Y a-t-il un pilote dans l'avion ? Manifestement, la direction de cet hôtel se soucie peu de ses clients. Du moment qu'elle remplit les chambres ... La prochaine fois ce sera sans moi.

je note le restaurant je ne sonnais pas l'hôtel. Plat exotiques ou pas, service agréable et rapide. pour manger sur le pouce c'est parfait. un bémol sur le choix de desserts mais ils sont bons. rapport qualité prix correct.
