Pure bread, pure sourdough, pure pleasure! For the past 3 years, Aristide and his joyful team of 9 enthusiasts have been making our daily lives more beautiful by offering us breads made exclusively with natural, slow-fermented sourdough, for exceptional flavors and better preservation. No baguette, but real wholemeal or sliced breads for shared pleasures. Aristide also offers brioches, cookies, cannelés and panettones, all 100% organic and as local as possible. Babka to die for. A gourmet and committed favorite.

It was closed sadly so I don’t know the first time I tried to visit..Unusual late opening for boulangerie. I hope to try this place one day..
Update… I made it during opening hours today…Yes it is worth going out of your way. I am a bread lover … this place is a love nest. Beautiful bread.. amazing quality. It is not a patisserie or sandwicherie… it’s all about the bread. I will try to buy bread here every time I pass through Annecy

Bon pain, j'apprécie le principe. Mais il est tout de même très compact et assez cher.
J'ai également été servie par un jeune homme pas très agréable et froid...
