In 2004, Simon Henry, already Best Apprentice of France in 2000 and European Champion of Young Butchers in 2003, became European Champion of Master Butchers. 20 years on, in his store at Le Treige, this passionate butcher and his team continue to offer us the very best meats. Selected from local farms, presented with the same exacting standards, always at fair prices for such quality. Sausages and homemade terrines, an incredible range of quality meats, and the shop lengthwise, with a rather full parking at certain times. This new butcher respects the product, highlighted in the chilled bank, and the guest is well served. We enjoyed and quality is not controversial. A butcher which I recommend the same adjectives as those written.

In any case this butcher does not hide behind his awards. If I hadn't read it in the guide, the prize list in shop is not seen. On the other hand, quality and presentation testify. Super butcher shop, good table service and an impressive choice. Very good butcher, who surely will go far!
