In 2004, Simon Henry, already Best Apprentice of France in 2000 and European Champion of Young Butchers in 2003, became European Champion of Master Butchers. 20 years on, in his store at Le Treige, this passionate butcher and his team continue to offer us the very best meats. Selected from local farms, presented with the same exacting standards, always at fair prices for such quality. Les viandes sont magnifiques, locales et à chaque fois, des conseils de cuisson. Je trouve aussi les prix tout à fait correct quant aux augmentations d'aujourd'hui. Cela reste une valeur sure !
