Want to taste typical Creole dishes? Head to Djol Dou, run by the charismatic Françoise-Pierrette Guioubly, nicknamed “Mamie Djol Dou”. She got her recipes from her mother, whom she loved to go to the market with to choose the freshest products. Péyi (local) vegetables straight from the market hold an important place in her dishes. From the starter to the dessert, everything is homemade: fish blaff, lamb shank with turmeric… Emotional cooking that will bring you back into your childhood.

Dans une petite rue, n'hésitez pas à y entrer! Quel personnage cette Mamie Djol dou! Et quel menu à 24€, e,trée plat et dessert! Avec des spécialités créoles : accras, boudins, dorade avec une sauce à sa façon, légumes peyi , flan coco . Une bonne humeur communicative! et un excellent repas!
