In a residential housing estate located on the heights of Fort-de-France, nothing lets us suspect that behind this small door, where you have to ring the bell, hides a small jewel: a 100% organic and local restaurant. The concept is simple: to taste fresh fish in all its possible variations, especially served in a bowl. Zami, the chef and owner, prepares three specialties of his choice each day, served with vegetables, roots and fruits, always local, worked in every way. The little hut and its terrace are as cute as can be. A favorite!
