In the heart of the residential subdivision, Les Hauts de Fort-de-France, a small sign along the corner of a house indicates: "Ring and enter". This is where Galanga Fish Bar, a small, well-hidden address that is well known to the neighbourhood's regulars, is unveiled. There is no risk of running into tourists here! The concept is simple: taste fresh fish in all its possible variations but especially in bowls. The chef and owner of the small organic restaurant prepares every day two specialities of his choice, accompanied by vegetables, roots and fruits, always from the country, worked in all ways. If you arrive at the end of his service and there is little left to serve you, the chef merges his specialities for a particularly attentive service.
