Nathanaël Ducteil has set up his restaurant in the Comptoir des Viandes boutique, where you can sample the talented Martiniquan chef's revisited specialties: lambis hot-dog, local pork (côte boucanée, kumquat confit, sweet potato, peanut) or clam-crusted bass fillet with lentil cream. On the sweet side, a special mention goes to rice with coconut milk, "nannan coco" sorbet, rice tuile and crumble. There are only 15 places, so it's best to reserve... or take away, at a very reasonable price!
