A good tip for an almost gourmet lunch for the price of a snack. Kay Némo is the application restaurant of the RSMA, the Adapted Military Service Regiment of Martinique. It is a military training and socio-professional integration center for young people aged 18 to 25. The result? A complete menu with appetizers, main course and dessert just as nice as some restaurants on the island! The room is air-conditioned, the tables are covered with tablecloths and the service is courteous. Be careful, it is necessary to book.

J'ai assisté au hub eco de France Antilles et le cocktail était réalisé par les jeunes qui travaillent également dans le restaurant. Je tiens à féliciter les jeunes et leurs formateurs à la fois pour la qualité du service et du cocktail. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le risotto aux crevettes, les brochettes, les verrines de thon...bref, tout était bon.
