Since 2012, Séverine and Rémi Asensio have been successfully growing and processing medicinal plants from Martinique. They cultivate certified organic plants on the family farm with techniques from permaculture. These plants, raised without any input, are harvested by hand every week, dried the same day to preserve their active principles, and then transformed into “rimed razié”. These are then marketed as herbal teas, infusions, teas, spices and vegetable oils.
