Le meilleur rapport qualité-prix de la région pour un restaurant! Un repas gastronomique pour le prix d'un plat du jour et d'un café dans un bistrot parisien! L'arrivée du nouveau chef Filipe SILVESTRE a dynamisé l'équipe de l'Ermitage, sa cuisine audacieuse est tout simplement délicieuse, les vins sont divins, le service précieux sans être obséquieux. Le Mont Saint Michel a enfin l'établissement de renom qu'il méritait, et nous notre cantine locale, pour les jours de fête!

Très bon dîner, réservé avec box table prestigieuse, maître d’hôtel prévient si il y a du supplément à payer exemple le plateau de fromage . Très bonne expérience
