Restaurant with terrace in Bergerac offering a gourmet, creative and refined cuisine with fresh products.

The restaurant was taken over by Charlie and Melanie. Both are professionals and they demonstrate this in the welcome as well as in the food. On the program: a modern decor and a refined bistro atmosphere. The menu changes every two months and depends on the imagination of the chef who creates a gourmet, creative and refined cuisine using fresh products, mainly bought in the Bergerac region. He puts all his talent into enhancing the visual as well as the gustatory aspects. He knows how to play with the sweet and savoury alliance for the pleasure of the taste buds. It's a mix of surprising flavours with each new bite: tortellini crab and prawns, Jerusalem artichoke cream soup, crispy chorizo as a starter, sweet potato rösti, spinach with paprika, halloumi cheese and poached egg and to finish with a grilled pineapple cheesecake, lime and coconut crumble, pineapple ice-cream, for dessert. The presentation is very neat, not to mention Mélanie's welcome, which is equal to the chef's talents. Be careful, the seats are limited in the dining room or on the terrace, it is wise to book, as Vin'4 is beginning to build a good reputation on the Place de Bergerac and in the surrounding area.

Excellente expérience culinaire
Restaurant très agréable et convivial, le chef vient à la rencontre des clients, nous avons apprécié sa proximité, ses conseils touristiques et surtout sa cuisine très raffinée !
Nous avons opté pour une formule - Entrée, plat, dessert le midi avec du vin local de Bergerac et nous nous sommes régalés, c’était délicieux !
Les plats sont délicatement dressés et les saveurs sont excellentes.
Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Ce restaurant bistronomique a été repris par un jeune coupe avenant et punchy. La cuisine du nouveau chef est inventive, un plaisir pour les yeux et le palais. Nous avons essayé l'houmous revisité avec des lardons, aérien.... le cake aux épinards et fromage de chèvre, sublime, le filet de dorade aux gnocchi de patate de douce et purée de patate douce, bluffant.

Très bon déjeuner, joli dressage mais surtout produits locaux et de saison . Le risotto a l'ail ???? fabuleux.
De bons conseils pour le vin j ai vu un Bergerac blanc château Les Miaudoux en bio très très bien !
