Alain Gardillou runs the kitchen of the hotel-restaurant Le Moulin du Roc: his passion shines through in all his dishes, with elegance. Of course, he swears by local products, whenever possible. The land is his inspiration, and the Périgord region is particularly conducive to creativity. The hotel's rooms are just as full of surprises: their decoration, on the border between classic and contemporary, with a touch of exuberance, gives a chic and original atmosphere. The view on the river is always very appreciable.
