Message from Management
Le Pétrocore is a new bistronomic restaurant for lunch and gastronomic restaurant for dinner, located in Périgueux. Headed by chef Malo Tual and his partner Morgane Guider, both of whom trained in Michelin-starred restaurants in the Dordogne, Le Pétrocore offers modern, innovative cuisine highlighting local Périgord produce. Its name pays homage to the Gallic people of Périgueux who inhabited the region. The chef aims to "surprise" his local clientele by revisiting classics such as duck breast, to help them rediscover flavors they thought they knew by heart. The chic, modern setting, the result of almost two years' work, completes this gourmet experience.
