Gérald Crosa welcomes you with humour and warmth in this bright and typical restaurant. The setting of the first spacious and modern room brings a beautiful personality to the whole, around an old fireplace: it is here that in front of you are grilled the meats, in particular beef or bull, emblems of the house. The owner presents them to you raw and, after this cooking, they are placed on a log on wheels and cut in front of you. A service we love, especially when quality is the order of the day. The traditional menu is inspired by the bistronomic dynamic with regional and fresh products. Depending on the season, you may have the opportunity to taste the bull on a wood fire, the lamb mouse, the chipirons a la plancha or in a cassolette, the minute of tuna with golden sesame and its risotto, the gambas with green curry, the Charolais beef tartar cut with a knife. For dessert, coffee and its 4 delicacies, the homemade chocolate millefeuille and its scoop of ice cream or the cheesecake cup and its red fruit compote and crumble. L'Auberge 22 remains a beautiful address that is now a must.
